Freeze-dried
Instant coffee remains the most popular coffee type for half of our planet’s population. With no machine or coffee pot needed, it is still one of the easiest methods to prepare coffee.
Freeze-dried instant coffee is perceived as the highest quality form of soluble coffee. It is known to retain more aroma and flavour. At coffeeRoots Cantata, we consciously chose to align our assortment with the ongoing premiumization of the soluble coffee category by focusing on two product groups:

Spray-dried
Spray-dried coffee has a finer, powder-like, structure. While the powder is generally too fine for straightforward consumption, the product is ideal to use in Dolce Gusto* compatible packaging. Here, we can combine the product with various flavours, additives and milk powder.
